Kenny the tiger is the only documented tiger with Downs. There may be others in the wild that didn’t survive to adulthood, or were never documented by humans.
This probably happens in the wild too but it’s unlikely that the individuals would survive to adulthood. It’s similar for albinism (loss of pigmentation) – in pythons, albinos rarely survive because they can’t camouflage themselves
